A new concept, where, alumni of the schools or universities being the mentors and coach of the students, need to be established. Major advantage of the mentorship will be the connection which the mentors will have with the common schools or universities which will serve as a healthy and prosperous future for the students.

Some of the points that we are articulating, to give the maximum impact to this relationship are:

• A common platform will be created by RAAIF for the mentors and students to connect at their own/respective pace.
• These mentors will also be the ambassadors of their respective universities from where they have passed out. At the same time they will also be representing the firm or organisation where they are working currently. This will help the students to get various opportunities like industrial training, field visits etc.
• These alumni need to guide the students in their projects.
• Alumni need to be in regular contact with the group of students which are allotted to them
• Alumni need to help the students understand the essential and ethical manners and qualities that are required to join any company. Alumni need to help the students in becoming more professionals).
• Entrepreneurs alumni need to guide the students about do's and don'ts in entrepreneurship.
• Alumni will have full authority and students will be under his or her guidance.

Every student who will take the event “ teach the school”, will have to submit at least one video a month about any research topic or educational topic which will help the school students.
