The Structure - Organizational Chart (Chapters)

Every chapter will require a minimum of 50 members at all times. The hierarchy would be as follows:

5 Board members - President of Chapter, VP of Chapter, Secretary, Treasurer, Technical Coordinator and a HR representative.


President - Would be in charge of operations. However not all decisions rest with him/her. Any decision affecting the chapter will be made as an unanimous decision of the board. Will have the tie breaking vote in case of conflict.


Vice President - Will assist the president in all activities of operations and such. Either the President or VP is advised to be female, so as to provide equal opportunity.


Treasurer - Will be in charge of monetary operations and help keep track of expenditure. Also has the responsibility of finding sponsors for events.


Secretary - Maintain all the records, files and details that are important for the smooth operation of the RAAIF Club.


Technical Coordinator - Will lead all discussions on project development and other technical activities. Is entirely responsible for completion of sponsor's project, evaluation of technical papers, publishing of papers and other technical related work.


HR Representative -Will coordinate all activities related to volunteering, event management and recruitment. Has additional responsibility of maintaining website and other project related work.


There will be three committees formed in an institution :

  1. Steering committee
  2. Will comprise of the management of the institution, faculties and head of the chapters.

  3. Technical Committee
  4. Will comprise of one faculty and students.

  5. Organising Committee
  6. will comprise of students who are interested in Marketing, sales, web site development, digital marketing and more

The other members would be split into the following functions based on need:

  1. Recruitment
  2. Organising Events
  3. Technical Committee
  4. General Volunteers

It is advised that for each and every event, a new committee is formed, specific to that event. This committee must include at least one of either President or VP, Technical Coordinator (in case of technical event) and 3 other members of the chapter filling up the other board member positions.
