1. To impart technical knowledge to students , on topics related to their respective engineering degree or based on their areas of interest.
2. To allow practical application of ideas rather than imparting just theoretical knowledge.
3. To teach the young minds to think, understand, apply and not just blindly believe subjects, especially science.
4. To make the students field-ready so that core companies can spend lesser time on imparting practical knowledge during internships.
5. To create a platform for discussion groups, forums and other student related activities that would otherwise be ignored.
6. To provide the students with knowledge and skills, relative and realistic to the current life scenario.

This is a chapter of RAAIF which will operate for the benefit of budding engineers and non-engineers who have a keen interest in the field of robotics. It will be a bridge between industry and academics wherein the student will be able to gather theoretical information and apply them into practice. It is being set up in association with major core companies such as National Instruments and academic institutions like IIT madras. The students will be taught to think, as well as, act as next generation innovators, entrepreneurs and societal benefactors. The aim is to help them achieve a well rounded growth in their careers.
